Comfy Very comfy. Use them for exercise class and walking the dog. This morning as I walked in wet grass, very glad for the black rubber on the toe box. When new, the tongue wanted to fold over on itself underneath the laces. I was thinking I was going to have to use a dab of fabric glue to hold it where it belonged….but after wearing them twice and paying attention to getting the tongue laying flat, it is no longer folding over when I put them on. Only improvement I would add….a little fabric “pull up ring” on the back…would make it quicker and easier to get them on.

Not for exercise Comfy and fit well BUT these are NOT trainers. The inside is a little slick and there’s no support whatsoever. They are exactly like the $30 workout shoes at Target and the body is made of thin foam material. The tongue is very very flimsy so the laces squish it up and bunch it down when you try to tighten them-so if you need special lacing pattern don’t buy these lol. I Can’t use these for weightlifting because my feet just scrunch forward and I can’t get a real good footing when doing squats or lunges etc so I just use them to walk my dogs.

Cheap shoes with no support I wore these just once for a light one-hr gym session. Those “memory foam” soles are cheap foam that don’t provide any support for your arch. The whole shoe is so cheaply made that I’m returning them—no need to give them a second try. Note to self: do not buy any kind of athletic shoes without being able to try them on first. Ugh
